  • Barrel: 1,500mm Diameter, 500mm Deep, made from 3mm+ mild steel, standing approximately 2,020mm high with a 1,500mm flue extension.

  • Firebox: Half-moon shape at the base, 1,500mm wide and 750mm radius.

Above this section is a BBQ plate that is 8mm thick. When the doors are open, the actual size is 1,300mm wide and 500mm high. When the doors are closed, up the top is a pizza oven with terracotta pavers on the base. You can use the bypass vent from the top to vent smoke into the pizza oven.

The BBQ plate falls slightly towards the centre for fat drainage and has a drain hole at the rear.
