Sausages - As many as you like and any kind from your local Supermarket or Butcher.
Garlic
BBQ Sauce
Olive Oil

Fire up your Global Warmer, Vault or Dog House 45 minutes, before cooking start time - or until it gets to 150 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together and coat sausages.
Throw them onto the top oven of your Global Warmer.
Cook for 1 hour and then turn, and then cook for another hour.
Enjoy Rohan’s semi smoked sausages!

Corned Beef

2kg good corn beef with a thick fat cap.
SPICE MIX
4 tbsp fresh coarsley ground black pepper.
2 tbsp coriander powder.
1 ½ tsp mustard powder.
1 tbsp brown sugar.
1 tbsp smoked paprika.
2 tsp garlic powder.
2 tsp onion powder.
2 tbsp liquid smoke (optional).

Fire up your Global Warmer, roughly # before putting the meat in, or once your oven hits # degrees.
Mix Spice Mix and sread out on a tray. Pat beef dry then roll in Spice Mix, coating well all over.
Place beef fat cap side down and wrap in a large sheet of foil. Repeat again with another sheet of foil and flip the beef so the fat cap is on the top.
Place beef on cooking rack and slow cook for 10 hours - low and slow.
Instead of using the liquid smoke - take the cover off for the last 2 hours - just make sure that your wood is burnt in before you uncover her!
